My journey.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with disordered eating, body image, and the constant search for the “right” way to be healthy. I spent years working with nutritionists, coaches, and trying every approach under the sun—until I realized the best method is one that’s rooted in food freedom, self-awareness, and sustainable habits.
Growing up overweight and feeling out of place in my body, I found fitness in high school and never looked back. That passion led me to study Nutrition and Dietetics at The Ohio State University, earn my CrossFit Level 1 and NASM certifications, and build a career helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin.
Now, I use both my personal experience and professional education to guide others through their own wellness journey—with empathy, science, and real-life tools that work. I am still learning every day, because this journey never truly ends—it's always evolving, just like we are.
When I'm not in the gym, you’ll find me spending time with my dog Cash, hanging out with friends and family, or diving deeper into my faith. Jesus, connection, and movement are the pillars of everything I do—inside and outside of coaching.
